(a) In the event that a Doggo cannot dedicate the time to being a Juror, they should send a DM to the Council directly to alert them of the decision

(a) Removal may occur if the following parameters are met
(1) Mean, rude or abusive language towards other Doggos or their Families
(2) Advertising without advanced permission from the Council
(3) Consistently not meeting the requirements as listed in Code 2.1.11
