Article 11. Definitions
  • (a) The term "bodily injury" means
    • (1) Ouchies
  • (b)  The term "mental injury" means
    • (1) Embarrassment
  • (c) The term "wearables" means
    • (1) Any item placed upon Doggo for more than 3 "English mastiffs"
Article 11.  Offense and Penalties
  • (a) Whosoever imposes the wearable upon the Doggo shall be held liable as provided for in subsection (b)
    • (1) For the purpose of malicious intent
    • (2) For the purpose of silly photos
    • (3) For the purpose of stately photos
    • (4) For the purpose of presumed enjoyment
    • (5) For the purpose of safety
    • (6) For the purpose of declaration
  • (b) Penalties
    • (1) The punishment for a violation of section (a) or an attempt or conspiracy to violate subsection (a) shall be
      • (A) No fine under this Title if the offense did not instill fear and
        • (I) No bodily injury
        • (II) No mental injury
      • (B) Fine under this Title if the offense did not cause bodily injury and
        • (I) No mental injury
      • (C) Fine under this Title if the offense caused mental injury and
        • (I) Minor bodily injury
      • (D) Fine under this Title if the offense caused mental injury and 
        • (I) Major bodily injury
  • (c) Restitution
    • (1) For nap or play time lost
    • (2) For fleeting or permanent mental injury
    • (3) For fleeting or permanent bodily injury
​Article 13. Exclusions and Exemptions
  • (a) Consent from Doggo will nullify any Hooman liability
  • (b) Clothing intended for warmth or safety are excluded from liability when applied and used appropriately
Article 14. Stay of wearable where issue therein referable to arbitration
  • (a) The Doggo may request arbitration be held in accordance with the Family agreement
  • (b) In the event the wearable has already been applied to the Doggo, the Council shall review all evidence to determine the liability

  • (a) The Doggo must wear all handmade items for the time it takes the Hooman to take a picture
    • (1) For the establishment of record
    • (2) For bragging purposes

    • (5) All Souls Day
    • (6) Veterans Day
    • (7) Thanksgiving Day
    • (8) Christmas Season (+/- 12 days)
  • (b) Ineligible for Costumes
    • (1) Columbus Day
    • (2) Good Friday
    • (3) Labour Day
    • (4) All Saints Day
    • (5) Presidents Day
    • (6) Memorial Day
    • (7) Black Friday
  • (c) Pending eligibility (up for debate)
    • Mother's Day
    • Father's Day

  • (a) Birthdays and Gotcha Days
    • (1) The Doggo must wear a hat, bandanna or bow to signify the celebration
